If your child is sick and misses school, please be aware of our attendance policy; students must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning to school. In order for an absence to be excused, a parent or doctor must write a note with the date(s) and reason for absence. This applies to all illnesses including COVID-19, flu, Strep, etc.
For students who test positive with COVID-19, we would like to make you aware of the following recommendations from the CDC: isolation of at least 5 days from start of symptoms or positive test (if asymptomatic). Isolation may be ended after the 5th day if fever free for 24 hours and symptoms are improving.
Please use your best judgment in following the CDC recommendations.
